Big house

EVERY DAY,
POSTMAN CHEVAL TOOK A STONE
AND ADDED IT TO HIS FANTASTIC HOUSE.

Like him, every day or so, I added a tile, a bird, a wall or a piece of wooden floor. Every now and then, once a room was finished, I would walk around with a flashlight to see how far I had progressed.

Big House is a journey. A bit of a crazy one, no doubt, given the time it necessitated to work line by line and pebble by pebble. But nonetheless a journey, as thrilling as a climb up Mount Everest.

WHY DID I MAKE IT? ...
BECAUSE I IMAGINED IT.

Big House. Nine rooms. A roof. Two side façades.
Height: 87 cm. Width: 82 cm. Depth: 43 cm.
